♥ Unpredictable Pleasure ♥

Just woke up. Quickly turn on my laptop. Logged in to wordpress and started typing. Wee.

The fact that I enjoyed last night’s outing made me woke up with a smile in my face! Haha.

So there was mua, Cornelia, Veralyn, Sharon and Danielle. (Mua, Cornn, Girl, Inden & Dan) ‘partying’ at Rumba, Le-Meridien (haven’t had enough of Switch Groove). Cornn & mua went to Cock & Bull to warm up before heading to Rumba. We were already intoxicated by both beers and liquors. We were trying hard to go by the rules ‘don’t go mixing your drinks’ but all failed. Failure caused mainly by this two dangerous words “Free Drinks”. Ahh. Demmit.

Am super-excited to meet my ‘long-lost-friends’ Girl, Inden & Dan. Ok not so particularly ‘lost’ ..we still managed to keep in contact via blogging, YM-ing & SMS-ing. The last time I saw Girl was 6 years ago, and the last time I saw Inden & Dan was possibly 10 years ago. Well, I do ’see’ them in uploaded photos via the net but gosh, not in real-life. Can’t stop hugging them all through the night! Blame me for my continuous excuses.

Cornn was getting all frilly-frullu (I don’ t think the word exist and owh, I was referring to the dress. Hihi), Girl was with her great companion, D90 (which I have to refrained myself from stealing) and will always be the super-steady Girl I know, Inden with her super-cute cheeks and Dan is always the slim and tall babe (I hate you for it Dan. LOL).

1.  Location? Were sitting at the bar. Just the right spot where we’ll have a good view of the band, nearer to the drinks which made ordering far more easier, near the DJ station where hit records are played alternately, not so close to the washroom (hygienic purposes) but quite a walk when you need to ‘release’ yourself, but nearer to the entrance where its easier to manoeuvre yourself out. Hehe. However, speakers are like three feet from where we’re sitting.. I can still hear this ngiiing ngiing sound in my ear. The stage lights were somewhat focusing to that particular area and made us feel a bit warm (was even trying to find where the air-cond was). Was telling Cornn that the lighting made all of us became the centre of attention..and ermm.. attraction. Was it a good thing or bad thing? Haha. Quoting Inden “Whoa! That’s a bold statement woman”. LMAO. Anyhow, the location was good.

2. Let’s dance! My back hurts a bit with all the grinding, twisting and turning. I blame Cornn, Girl, Inden & Dan. Uhmm.. Few girls joined the session and there was this lady who likes to bend over backwards. Mua & Inden looked at each other, paused for like three seconds, looked at her , our jaw dropped and Inden was kiddingly  impersonating her! I could roll on the floor laughing! The lady was having super-fun I guess. Then I remembered Inden during her Gimnastic days! Her brother was there too and sorry for ‘the moves’ I made on your brother. LOL.

3. Camwhoring? I gave my full salute to Girl as she was like this professional photographer (yeah she is) and she caught the attention of mr. Vernon – F&B Manager of Rumba. She blogs a lot so if she did a review on Rumba. Boy, it would be a kick! Well, Girls will always be girls. Whenever Girl started holding and focusing her D90, all of us will suddenly stop dancing and immediately started to pose our quirky, krazi self. Gaga. Adui..It’s all automated. Cornn camwhored with her Nikon and the result: more and more pictures of a girls night out! Yay!  This body is like so case-sensitive; “Camera = stop everything+pose+smile!”. Will upload photos as soon as I got them from Girl. I’m having trouble with my D60. Maybe I need speed lights? My flash is not ‘big’ enough, not enough for such dark surrounding.. giving my pictures a darker background, no light bouncing back from the ceiling they say…Resulting in poor image. I opted for non-flash mode. Giving me that yellowish image. Not that bad but it gave me no satisfaction. *sigh*. Focus censor not working due to the lack of lighting – subject too dark it says – blurry image. Siapa ada speed light murah2 kasi jual sama sy. LOL.

Others:

1. Danielle lost one of her contact lenses. Not very sure how but possibly due to the twisting movements?

2. Inden accidentally got burned by ciggies. Uwh. Who the hell did that! Surely not me.

3. Boys dancing like girls? I’ m allergic. Sorry peeps.

4. Switch Groove? Hot as ever.

5. IT WAS ALL FUN!

Everything ended at around 2am. Dj played some seriously sappy songs to end. What’s up with that?  Am in touch with my emotional side. Made me remembered the guy I’m supposed and trying very hard to forget. triple demmit. But above all, everything was super extra goooood! Another round very very soon!
